Parliament is to issue an advisory for the appointment of four deputies of the Ombudsperson because the current mandates expire on 17 April.
On Tuesday, Ombudsperson Renete Weber sent to the Joint Standing Bureaus of Parliament a letter informing that the mandates of deputies Zsolt Molnar, Ionel Nicolae, Ioan Ganfalean, Ecaterina Mirea end on 17 April, told Agerpres.
According to the document, the proposals for these mandates for the next five years are the following:
* Zsolt Molnar - for the area of human rights, equal opportunities between men and women, religious cults and national minorities;
* Cynthia Carmen Deaconescu - for the area of family rights, young people, pensioners, disabled people;
* Ioan Ganfalean - for the defense area, protection and promotion of children's rights - Child's Ombudsman;
* Emil Mihai Pasolea - for the area of property, work, social protection, taxes and fees.
The proposals were sent by the Joint Standing Bureaus to the Judicial Committees of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, and the deadline to issue an advisory is ten days.
