President Klaus Iohannis congratulated Brazilian President-elect Lula da Silva for his victory in Sunday's elections, potrivit Agerpres.
"I congratulate President-elect Lula da Silva on his victory. I look forward to working together on strengthening the very good Romania - Brazil relations and on global issues of joint interest," the Romanian head of state wrote on Monday on Twitter.
