President Klaus Iohannis on Wednesday sent a letter to Justice Minister Tudorel Toader, in reply to the request to reassess the proposal for appointing Adina Florea as National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) prosecutor-in-chief.
"What I find is that the arguments I did take into consideration in rejecting the initial proposal for appointing Mrs. Adina Florea, a prosecutor with the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Constanta Court of Appeals, as National Anticorruption Directorate prosecutor-in-chief, are still there," the head of state shows in his letter.
