President Klaus Iohannis stated on Wednesday that the Cabinet reshuffles in the last period were not made for better governing but only "for show."
"PSD [Social Democratic Party, major at rule, ed.n.] governing after governing is weak, very weak. Instead of coming with well prepared people, they realised they cannot succeed and are trying to create the impression they are improving governing with these endless changes. They have entered some sort of circus. This is not the purpose of the reshuffles and this is not the goal of governing. I am against this circus going any longer. (...) Thus, the first conclusion is that these reshuffles are not made for better governing but only "for show." This is no way to go ahead and I will not agree to it being carried on," the president said in a press statement at the Cotroceni Presidential Palace, after the launch in public debate of the results of the "Romania Educated" project.
