PSD's Marcel Ciolacu: We do not take into account an alliance with AUR
Social Democratic Party (PSD) president, prime minister Marcel Ciolacu, stated on Saturday that the party he leads does not consider a possible alliance with the Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR), in next year's elections.
"I have never thought and we are not considering at this moment and I think, more than certainly, as long as I am the president of the Social Democratic Party, an alliance with AUR," declared Ciolacu.
On Saturday, the meeting of the National Political Council of the Social Democratic Party took place at the Palace of the Parliament, followed by the meeting of the Parliamentary Groups of the PSD.
