People in Tulcea County, in the border area with Ukraine, received a Ro-Alert message on Thursday at 17:00, against the backdrop of the war launched by Russia in Ukraine. It was the second such alert in the past 24 hours.
The message warned residents of the possibility of objects falling from the airspace and advised them to remain calm and take shelter in basements or civil protection shelters, agerpres reports.
'In the absence of a shelter, remain inside your home, away from windows and exterior walls. Estimated duration of the alert: 90 minutes,' the Ro-Alert message stated.
On Wednesday evening, at around 18:15, residents in the Tulcea border area also received a Ro-Alert notification warning of the risk of falling objects from the airspace, amid the ongoing war launched by Russia in Ukraine.
