Romania's men's gymnastics team finishes 21st in Doha. Andrei Muresan qualifies for AA final

Romania finished 21st in the men's qualifications on Friday at the Doha World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Qatar, with Andrei Muntean qualifying for the all-around final.

Romania's team, made up of Marian Dragulescu, Andrei Muntean, Rafael Szabo, Adelin Kotrong and Cristian Bataga, won 234.121 points and got in the top 24 teams that advanced to the 2019 World Championships in Stuttgart.

Muntean was 21st in the all-around qualifications, with a total of 80.224 points, and will compete in the event's final scheduled for Wednesday, October 31.

On Saturday and Sunday Romania's women's gymnastics team composed of Denisa Golgota, Ioana Crisan, Laura Iacob, Maria Holbura, Nica Ivanus and Carmen Ghiciuc will compete in the qualifications.
