Superior Council of Magistrates approves dismantling of Section for investigating magistrates (sources)

The plenum of the Superior Council of Magistrates on Friday approved the draft law on the dismantling of the Section for investigating magistrates (SIIJ), told sources from the CSM.

According to the source the decision was made by 11 votes in favour.

The opinion given by the Superior Council of Magistrates is advisory, informs Agerpres.
