TeraPlast Group reported a nine-month turnover 26% higher year-over-year, at RON 857.4 million, while EBITDA increased by 59% to almost RON 72 million, according to the company's financial results released on Thursday.

"The performance of TeraPlast Group over the first nine months of 2025 reflects the solidity of its development strategy and operational efficiency in a complex market context. The growth was driven by the sustained demand from the Installations division, the expansion into western markets through the Wolfgang Freiler Group, which contributed throughout the reporting period, and by Optiplast in Croatia, which supported the advance of flexible packaging volumes. At the same time, the operational improvement of the Packaging division weighed less on consolidated profitability. The integration of foreign activities and the increase in the share of exports to 35% of turnover (vs. 25% in Q3/2024) confirm the Group's strategic direction to becoming a strong regional player, with a solid foundation for long-term growth," the company's release reads.

Also, the EBITDA margin rose by 1.8 percentage points to 8.4%, compared to 6.6%, while total sales volumes increased by 17%, from over 84,000 tons, to almost 99,000 tons.

The company's sales outside Romania over the reporting interval reached about RON 300 million, representing 35% of turnover, equivalent to a 73% increase.

TeraPlast reported a RON 6.3 million net profit, reversing the RON 6.9 million loss recorded in the same period of 2024.

By activity, in the Installations segment, the turnover was RON 625 million, 29% more than in the first nine months of the previous year, while in Granules business decreased slightly to RON 69.7 million (-2%).

The Packaging division recorded a turnover of RON 122.8 million, up 42% year-on-year, and the "Windows" division recorded a turnover of RON 39.8 million, up 6%.
