The Union of Professional Journalists of Romania (UZPR) Awards Gala, held under the motto "Excellence in Journalism", will take place on February 16, at the "Ion Creanga" Theatre, announces the Union of Professional Journalists of Romania.
According to a press release from UZPR, sent to Agerpres on Monday, awards will be given in the following categories: Written Press, Press Book. Radio, Television, Online Press, Young Journalists, Photo Story, War Correspondent, Press Management, Branch of the Year.
An "Opera Omnia" award and a Special Award will also be given.
AGERPRES journalists Ecaterina Ignat and Cristian Lupascu were nominated in the Online Press category and War Correspondent, respectively.
