The exhibition 'Women crafting the future', a unique concept dedicated to female creativity and power, will be presented from February 11-22 at the National Museum of Romanian Literature.
The exhibition features collections of paintings, jewelry, decorations and clothing made by artists members of the Handmade Art Academy of Bucharest, which capture the woman and the idea of femininity in different poses, ans also a series of panels that represent the ambassadors of the WeAreHalf campaign, a social movement that promotes equal opportunities between women and men, MNLR informed on Thursday, Agerpress.
Suggestively titled 'Women crafting the future', the exhibition is a unique concept, dedicated to female creativity and power, which aims to celebrate the talent and craftsmanship of women, manifested in multiple fields of activity, from art and culture to medical research, economics or politics, while emphasizing their significant contribution to the development of the society in which we live, says the curator of the exhibition, Mioara Iofciulescu.
Among the events scheduled within the exhibition is the launch of the Artistry clothing collections by Mioara Iofciulescu, during a fashion show that brings into the spotlight elegant daywear for the office and various business events, as well as spectacular evening dresses, whose beauty is emphasized by women with a successful professional career in various fields such as journalism, art or entrepreneurship.
The 11th edition of the art exhibitions organized by the Handmade Art Academy of Bucharest, 'Women Crafting the Future' is a socio-cultural event organized in partnership with the patronage of the Women Entrepreneurs Organization and the Solidarity and Equality Association.
