23 million RON for joint projects of Romanian and Moldovan researchers (minister of Research)

Minister of Research, Innovation and Digitalization Bogdan Ivan and the minister of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova, Dan Perciun, launched on Friday in Chisinau the program that provides researchers from the two countries with 23 million RON for joint projects.

"We launched in Chisinau, together with Dan Perciun, minister of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova, the program of complex bilateral research projects (...) We are investing in our common European future and we are financing with up to 750,000 RON for each complex research project to be implemented jointly by Romanian and Moldovan researchers, for strengthening collaborations and research networks, exchange of best practices and transfer of knowledge at the highest level, integration of Moldovan researchers in international scientific networks to which Romania is already a member and increasing the number of joint applications and the success rate of Romanian and Moldovan researchers in European programs," announced Bogdan Ivan.

Elite researchers from the two countries have 6 weeks to submit projects, until October 28, on the platform https://uefiscdi-direct.ro.
