AUR (Alliance for the Union of Romanians) on Monday hailed the commitment of the participants in the Summit of the European leaders of conservative parties to collaborate to "counteract the worrying idea of a Europe governed by a self-appointed globalist elite, which wants to decide by itself to transform the Union into a federal hyperstate."
In his turn, the AUR co-chair, Claudiu Tarziu, said that the party opposes the trend of transforming these institutions into "instruments of social engineering," based on the "Soviet people" model.
