Bucharest acting Mayor Stelian Bujduveanu and Israeli ambassador to Romania Lior Ben Dor met on Wednesday at the City Hall offices, highlighting on the occasion the shared desire to strengthen existing partnerships and identify new cooperation opportunities.
"The meeting was an excellent opportunity for an open and constructive dialogue. We emphasized the importance of exchanging best practices and constant cooperation in areas of joint interest, based on mutual respect and trust. The discussions highlighted the desire of both parties to strengthen existing partnerships and identify new cooperation opportunities," Stelian Bujduveanu wrote on Facebook on Wednesday.
He said that Bucharest remains open to partnerships that contribute to "the sustainable development of the city and the consolidation of its position on the international stage."
Stelian Bujduveanu thanked the ambassador of the State of Israel for the openness and interest shown in supporting projects that add value to the life of Bucharest.
