Bucharest Stock Exchange closes higher Friday's session

The Bucharest Stock Exchange closed higher the last trading session of the week, and the total value of the transactions amounted to 44.76 million RON (9.001 million euros), told Agerpres.

Transactions with shares exceeded 32.70 million RON (6.57 million euros), and the most liquid stocks on the regulated market were those of Banca Transilvania, with exchanges of 10.22 million RON, followed by the shares of OMV Petrom, with 3.62 million RON, and of Hidroelectrica - 2.28 million RON.

The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, appreciated by 0.25%, up to 17,432.02 points.

The BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid stocks, closed up by 0.27%, the extended blue-chip BET-XT index, of the 25 most liquid stocks, rose by 0.26%, and the index of SIFs, BET-FI, appreciated by 1.14%.

The BET-BK index, the yield benchmark of investment funds, registered an advance of 0.50%, while the BET-NG, which measures the performance of the ten energy and utility companies, closed up 0.38%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, appreciated by 0.54%.

The best developments were registered by Bermas (+14.97%), Sinteza (+914.42%) and Rompetrol Rafinare (+5.11%).

On the other hand, the most important decreases were recorded by Romcarbon (-4.57%), Prebet (-3.81%) and COMCM Constanta (-2.79%).
