Bucharest Stock Exchange closes higher week's first trading session

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) closed higher the first trading session of this week on most indices, with a transaction value of 14.511 million RON (2.936 million EUR).

The main BET index appreciated by 0.08%, up to 11,690.03 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the most liquid 37 shares on the Stock Exchange, recorded a similar advance.

At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid securities, ended up 0.10%, while the index of SIFs, BET-FI, gained 0.79%.

The BET-BK index, the yield benchmark of investment funds, ended the session up 0.09%, but the BET-NG, which measures the performance of the ten energy and utility companies, recorded a 0.45% depreciation.

At the same time, the BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, depreciated by 0.29%.

On the Regulated Market, the most traded were Banca Transilvania shares, with 3.063 million RON, followed by BRD - Groupe Societe Generale securities, which generated exchanges worth 1.431 million RON, and those of OMV Petrom (1.402 million RON).

The best developments were recorded by the shares of Artego (+5.88%), Romcarbon (+3.66%) and Grupul Industrial Electrocontact (+3.23%).

On the other hand, the most important decreases were recorded by the shares of UCM Resita (-14.77%), Romcab (-7.36%) and Condmag (-7.14%).AGERPRES
