Bucharest Stock Exchange closes lower Thursday's trading session

The Bucharest Stock Exchange closed Thursday's trading session lower on almost all indices, and the value of the transactions amounted to 46.64 million RON (9.37 million euros), told Agerpres.

The most liquid stocks were those of Hidroelectrica, with transactions of 8.83 million RON, followed by the shares of OMV Petrom, with 6.42 million RON, and of Transilvania Bank, with 5.65 million RON.

The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, depreciated by 0.13%, to the value of 17,439.09 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the most liquid 43 shares from the Stock Exchange, recorded a decline of 0.10%.

The extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid shares, closed down 0.19%, while the index of SIFs, BET-FI stagnated.

The BET-BK index, the yield benchmark of investment funds, appreciated by 0.13%, and the BET-NG, which measures the evolution of the ten energy and utility companies, closed down by 0.51%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, depreciated by 0.49%.

The best developments were recorded by the shares of Condmag (12.50%), Societatea de Constructii Napoca (+8.78%) and Carbochim (+7.14%).

On the other hand, the most important decreases were recorded by Rompetrol Rafinare (-3.45%), Roca Industry Holdingrock1 (-3.61%) and Aerostar (-2.97%).
