The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) closed Tuesday's session with gains on most indices, with a total turnover of 85.59 million RON (16.83 million euros).
The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, appreciated by 0.02%, up to 22,647.15 points, while BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares on the Stock Exchange, closed up by 0.03%, agerpres reports.
Also, the BET-BK index, the benchmark for investment fund performance, closed up 0.14%, while BET-NG, which measures the performance of ten energy and utility companies, fell 0.23%.
The extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, recorded an advance of 0.11%, and the SIF index, BET-FI, closed up 0.84%.
At the same time, the BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, recorded a decline of 3.09%.
The most liquid securities were those of Banca Transilvania, with transactions totaling 8.87 million RON, followed by OMV Petrom shares - with 5.59 million RON, and those of Digi - 5.27 million RON.
At the same time, the best developments were recorded by Armatura (+14.29%), Energopetrol (+9.74%) and Digi (+4.98%) shares.
The most significant decreases were recorded by Prefab shares (-10.14%), Mecanica Ceahlau (-8.96%) and Comelf (-8.58%).
