The Judiciary Committee of the Chamber of Deputies on Tuesday issued an adoption report by a majority of votes on a draft law repealing emergency ordinance OUG 13/2017.
The report on OUG 13/2017 was to be debated also on Tuesday at a plenary session of the Chamber of Deputies, alongside OUG 14/2017. The Chamber is the decision-making forum for both draft ordinances.
