Comic Con Romania 2025, the largest-scale event in Central and Eastern Europe dedicated to lovers of movies, series, video games, cosplay, comics and more is running April 25 - 27 at Bucharest's Romexpo exhibition complex, the organizers said in a release.
Actors from productions such as fantasy television series "The Originals", "Shadow and Bone", "The Wheel of Time", "Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power", drama thriller TV series "Shantaram", Regency series "Bridgerton" or fantasy-adventure drama "Merlin" are in Bucharest for unforgettable moments with their fans. They will attend Q&A panels, take individual photos and offer personalized autographs during dedicated sessions.
This year's line-up is made up of actors Daniel Gillies, Sujaya Dasgupta, Josha Stradowski, Jack Wolfe, Charles Edwards, Sam Phillips and Rupert Young.
At the Disney+ stand, fans will be able to enter the universes of "Star Wars: Andor Season 2" and "Thunderbolts" from Marvel Studios. There is also an interactive space awaiting for Star Wars series lovers to take pictures on Andor's life-size speeder-bike and interact with droids R2EMO and CHOPPER.

Visitors can also explore dozens of exhibitors' stands, all packed with a variety of pop culture-inspired products for all tastes. They can enter exciting competitions or relax in the gaming area, where the latest games and the most advanced equipment await them. Board game enthusiasts can spend time with friends in a dedicated area, and those curious about Japanese culture can make an incursion into the Japanese universe in the Hanami area, where captivating and authentic experiences await them. They can also interact with graphic artists from Romania and abroad and admire their creations during a walk on the Artists' Alley.
A major attraction of the event is the contest and parade in which cosplay fans dress up as their favorite characters from movies, series, games or anime and get closer to the fantastic universes.
On Saturday and Sunday Comic Con Romania 2025 will be open between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
