Romania's Constitutional Court (CCR) on Monday rejected the referral by President Klaus Iohannis on the piece of legislation amending and completing the local public administration Law No. 215/2001, officials with the Court told AGERPRES.
In his referral to the CCR, the president said that "by the way it has been adopted, as well as by its regulating contents, the criticised law goes against some constitutional norms and principles".
