Romanian cyclist Serghei Tvetcov (UnitedHealthcare) won the Tour de Korea on Sunday, a five-stage race.
In the final standings, Tvetcov was followed by Stepan Astafiev (Kazakhstan - Vino Astana Motors), 28 seconds behind, and by Italian Matteo Busato (Wilier Triestina Selle Italia), 37 seconds behind.
