Minister of National Defence Adrian Tutuianu tendered his resignation and Premier Mihai Tudose accepted it, government sources told Agerpres. Adrian Tutuianu announced on Tuesday that he tabled his resignation from the helm of the Ministry of National Defence to Premier Minister Tudose, citing "poor communication" regarding the disbursement of the military pays/wages for the military system overall.
The Defence Minister said on Tuesday that he had a meeting with the head of the government during which the PM blamed him for the way he communicated about the wages and benefits of the military personnel. Tutuianu assured that there are no financial issues related to the payment of wages in the military system.
