The High Court of Cassation and Justice appointed on Thursday, by draw, the members of the five judges' panels for the year 2019, in a public meeting.
The draw was carried out by the President of the High Court, Cristina Tarcea.
Following the draw, the 1st Criminal Panel consists of: Iulian Dragomir, Ionut Matei, Iulia Alexandra Rus, Constantin Epure and Valentin Horia Selaru. The following were drawn as alternates: Florentina Dragomir, Tatiana Lucia Rog, Mirela Sorina Popescu, Leontina Serban, Rodica Cosma.
The second criminal panel will be composed of: Simona Cirnaru, Oana Burnel, Anca Madalina Alexandrescu, Dan Andrei Enescu, Simona Cristina Neninta. The alternates are: Francisca Vasile, Sandel Lucian Macavei, Silvia Cerbu, Stefan Pistol, Simona Daniela Encean, Daniel Gradinaru.
The third criminal panel consists of: Luciana Mera, Ioana Bogdan, Lavinia Lefterache, Marius Foitos, Ana Hermina Iancu. The alternates are: Rodica Aida Popa, Geanina Arghir, Maricela Cobzariu, Andrei Claudiu Rus, Ioana Alina Ilie.
Also, members of three civil panels were drawn.
