Holiday vouchers will be granted also this year to employees in the education system, a ministerial order states.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Education and Research, the ministerial order approving the Regulation on granting holiday vouchers to employees in the education system in 2025 was signed.
The document states that the vouchers will be granted to employees in the education system whose net salaries are up to 8,000 lei inclusively, by reference to the net salary due to the basic position in the month of their granting.
At the same time, the holiday vouchers issued during 2025 are used for the payment of no more than 50% of the equivalent value of the purchased tourist service packages, respectively 800 lei, for the purchase of tourist service packages worth at least 1,600 lei.
The vouchers have a validity period of one year from the date of filling the electronic support.
"For personnel employed with individual employment contracts, part-time, holiday vouchers are granted proportionally to the duration of working time, compared to the maximum value of the holiday vouchers, respectively 800 lei, established for the normal working schedule", states the cited source.
