Minister of Internal Affairs Marcel Vela said on Friday that all car dealers, including producers, will be able to directly register the new owners' vehicles through a simple document.
"Today [Friday], I will sign the Order of the Minister of Internal Affairs by which the registration of vehicles can be done in a more efficient and simpler way, so that citizens are no longer put in a situation where they lose time, stand in line in congested areas, especially during this delicate period from a sanitary point of view. This order will allow all car dealers, including the three major makers - Dacia, Renault and Ford - register directly the cars of the new owners through a simple document, a mandate that the buyer concludes with the seller," Marcel Vela announced at the ministry's headquarters.
