The Romanian Justice minister Tudorel Toader on Sunday told AGERPRES that it is checked upon who and in what circumstances has signed the two classified protocols between the Justice Ministry and the Romanian Intelligence Service (SRI).

The Justices Forum Association in Romania on Sunday specified in an answer it has received from the Justice Ministry that the said ministry (MJ) has closed two secret protocols with the SRI.

"The first collaboration protocol closed exclusively on the matter of Terrorism Combating and Prevention, and the second protocol represents the oganisation and functioning of the National System of Terrorism Combating and Prevention," the MJ specifies in an answer sent to the said association.

The Justice Ministry adds that given the non-public character of such documents, the information in this field are exempted by the people's free access.
