On Wednesday, president Klaus Iohannis had a meeting with the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, and the discussions focused on European priorities, with reference to the European Parliament election, emphasizing that it is essential to maintain unity and solidarity for the future institutional architecture.

We agreed that maintaining our unity & solidarity for the future institutional architecture is key," Iohannis wrote on X.
