The mandate of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) CEO Adrian Tanase has been extended until the summer of next year, BVB announced on Friday through a release posted on its website, told Agerpres.
"The Bucharest Stock Exchange informs investors that, by the Decision adopted by the Stock Exchange Board during the meeting held on 24.10.2024, the mandate of Mr. Adrian Tanase as CEO, which will expire on December 31, 2024, was extended until 30.06.2025", the BVB press release states.
The extension of the mandate of the CEO of the Stock Exchange will enter into force on the date on which it is approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority.
The recruitment process for the position of CEO of the BVB for a four-year term continues, the cited source stated.
