The Ministry of Justice does not transmit the draft laws directly to the Parliament, minister Tudorel Toader said on Thursday, who came with a series of clarifications "for those who are keen on the truth", stating that "necessary distinctions" should be made between the draft laws worded by the Ministry of Justice and the views, opinions or proposals submitted directly to the parliamentary committees.
''The two draft laws were adopted by the Government and transmitted to Parliament. Subsequently, none of the solutions proposed by the two bills was declared unconstitutional. We should make the necessary distinctions between the draft laws worded by the Ministry of Justice and the views / opinions / proposals submitted directly to the parliamentary committees," Tudorel Toader wrote on Facebook.
