Good faith and loyal collaboration will be seen from the deadline in which the Supreme Council of Magistracy (CSM) will respond to the government's request for an opinion on the bill on magistrates' pensions, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan said on Friday, adding that at the beginning of next week all the details of the bill will be decided.

"Next week we will resume the bill, in the first part of the week we have to do this, so that there is a reasonable period of time, so that CSM can give us an opinion in the form they will consider appropriate. Good faith and loyal collaboration will also be seen from the deadline in which a response will be given to the government's request for an opinion on the bill, so that we meet the conditions that, in the shortest possible, reasonable time, we put forth this bill again so that it becomes law," Bolojan said in an interview with the Free Europe Romania website, agerpres reports.

He added that, to the extent that the government will comply with the bill by November 28, there will be no more problems related to the loss of money from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) related to this milestone.

"If we do this by the 28th, we no longer have problems with losing money, at least, in total, you can have certain penalties. The same happens with the other milestones. That is what we have to do," said Bolojan.

The prime minister mentioned that the details of this bill will be finalised next week by the ruling coalition.

"Early next week we will decide on all the details of this bill. And, after there isa decision of the coalition, we will announce it. We have to close it, from my point of view, by Tuesday," Bolojan said.
