PM Tudose: I asked Despescu to present measures taken in one week; perpetrator, apprehended in two days

Prime Minister Mihai Tudose announced on Wednesday that he asked the head of the Romanian Police Inspectorate General (IGPR), Bodgan Despescu, to present him in one week the measures taken to solve the situation inside the Romanian Police, pointing out that the agent accused of sexual assault against two minors was apprehended in two days. 

"I had a discussion with Mr Bogdan Despescu, he presented me the report (...). I understood from sources that the new proposal has declined the intention to fill in the position. I asked Mr Despescu to present me in one week the measures he took (...) to solve the situation. Which is still to be noted is that the perpetrator was apprehended in two days," Tudose said.
