The retail and the finance banking sectors top the ranking of the best employers of 2024, as the IT&C sectors plunges, with companies such as Jysk, Phillip Morris, Deichmann, dm drogerie markt and Starbucks being the most appreciated by their own employees, according to a ranking made by the Undelucram.ro platform.
According to a press release of this company sent to AGERPRES on Tuesday, the position in the ranking is established according to the general grade (70%) and the grade for five other criteria (each with a percentage of 6%) considered important by the employees: advancement opportunities; salary package; office time vs. free time; management; procedures and values. Thus, in this year's general ranking, companies from retail (three organizations) and the financial-banking field (three institutions) predominate, the rest of the companies being from the field of consumer goods (FMCG), cafes&restaurants, industrial production and IT&C.
The main change of this edition is the existence of only one IT&C company in the overall ranking, the IT&C field dominating the top for the last ten years. In fact, most of the time the first place was occupied by IT&C companies: Microsoft, UiPath and MassMutual are just some of the technology companies that have been in the first place over the years.
In addition to the general list of employers intended for large companies, Undelucram.ro also makes rankings by industry: insurance, banks, BPO and services, consulting, engineering, IT&C, fast-service restaurants and cafes, food retail, non-food retail, production of consumer goods, industrial production, health and pharma, telecommunications.
The insurance category was included for the first time in this edition of the list due to meeting the eligibility conditions.
Also, starting in 2022, Undelucram.ro will create a ranking dedicated to SMEs (organizations with less than 250 employees).
In the general Top 10 are: Jysk Romania, Philip Morris Romania, Deichmann, dm drogerie markt, Starbucks Romania, Beko Romania, Provident Financial Romania, First Bank, Nagarro and Libra Internet Bank.
Depending on the industry, the top looks like this: Banks; BPO & Services; Consultancy; Engineering; IT&C; Quick service restaurants and cafes; Non-food retail; Production of consumer goods; Industrial production; Health & Pharma; Telecommunications; Insurance; SMEs
