Romania women's handball team qualified on Thursday night to the European Championship 2018, after defeating Austria 28-25 (13-11), in Innsbruck, in a match of the Group 4's qualifications.
The tricolours cannot lose anymore the first two positions of the group, that ensures them the presence in the final tournament due in France.
The Romanian team participates for the 12th time in the European Championship.
