Romania to start vaccinating with Johnson & Johnson on EMA decision

Romania will start vaccination against COVID-19 with Johnson & Johnson vaccines, after the European Medicines Agency (EMA) has found that the benefits of the Johnson & Johnson's vaccine outweighs risks, Prime Minister Florin Citu said on Wednesday when asked if the vaccination with the vaccines made by that company will start in Romania, agerpres.ro confirms.

"Yes. After that EMA decision, we will start vaccinating with Johnson & Johnson as well. It was the solution for the mobile centres, we initially used Pfizer, we will see if the decision is to return to these mobile centres with Johnson & Johnson," Citu said on Wednesday at the Government House.
