Romanian, St. Vincent and the Grenadines Govt's sign memoranda of understanding

A set of bilateral memoranda were signed on Thursday at the Victoria Palace between the Government of Romania and the Executive of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on the occasion of the visit to Bucharest of the Caribbean country's Prime Minister Ralph E. Gonsalves.

The document-signing ceremony took place at the end of a meeting of the two official delegations led by Prime Ministers Ciolacu and Gonsalves.

The five memoranda of understanding in the fields of agriculture, health, foreign affairs, education and home affairs were signed on behalf of the Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines by Prime Minister Gonsalves, and on behalf of the Romanian side by Ministers Florin Barbu and Alexandru Rafila, Secretaries of State Traian Hristea and Gigel Paraschiv, and by the head of the Emergency Management Department Raed Arafat.
