AGERPRES special correspondent Cristian Lupascu reports: Representatives of the Romanian and Ukrainian authorities laid wreaths and floral tributes at the Memorial to the Heroes Fallen in the Russo-Ukrainian War on Thursday, as well as at the statue of poet Mihai Eminescu in central Chernivtsi, as part of the events marking Romania's National Day.
