President Nicusor Dan sent a message on Wednesday regarding the shooting at a school in Canada, which left ten dead, the head of state emphasizing that such acts of violence are incomprehensible.
''We are shocked by the tragic events at a school in Tumbler Ridge, Canada. My warmest thoughts of compassion go out to the families and close ones of the innocent victims and I wish a quick recovery to all those who were injured. Such acts of random violence are incomprehensible. We are in solidarity with our Canadian friends during these very sad times,'' the president wrote on X.
A shooting, which left ten dead, including the attacker, occurred in Tumbler Ridge, in British Columbia, western Canada. Tumbler Ridge is an isolated community of about 2,400 residents, located about 660 km northeast of Vancouver. The school where the attack took place has about 160 students enrolled.
