Three people got infected with the West Nile virus in the last week, the total number reaching 47, the National Institute of Public Health informed on Thursday, told Agerpres.
The 47 cases were registered since the beginning of surveillance of the infection with this virus, on June 6.
Five deaths were registered: one in Constanta County and two each in Braila and Bucharest.
