Bucharest Stock Exchange closes Tuesday's session in the red

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) closed Wednesday's session down, and the total value of transactions was almost 118 million RON (23.71 million euros), compared to 70.51 million RON (14.17 million of euros) in the previous meeting.



The most liquid securities were those of OMV Petrom, with transactions of 44.82 million RON, followed by Hidroelectrica shares - 19.49 million RON and those of Banca Transilvania - 9.55 million RON.

The main BET index recorded a depreciation of 0.42%, reaching 17,945.67 points, and the BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the most liquid 43 shares on the Stock Exchange, recorded a 0.43% decline.

The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks fell 0.46%, while the SIF index BET-FI fell 0.12%.

The BET-BK index, the yield benchmark of investment funds, depreciated by 0.54%, and the BET-NG, which measures the evolution of the ten energy and utility companies, closed up by 0.06%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, closed down by 0.48%.

The best developments were registered by the shares Prebet (+14.79%), Promateris (+8.28%) and Ropharma (+3.52%).

On the other hand, the most important decreases were recorded by the shares Condmag (-7.69%), Turism Felix (-4.55%) and Impact Developer&Contractor (-4.38%).
