The Bucharest Stock Exchange closed Tuesday's session down, and transactions exceeded 76 million RON (approximately 15.3 million euros), told Agerpres.
The most liquid securities were those of Banca Transilvania, with transactions of 5.75 million RON, followed by the shares of OMV Petrom, with 4.96 million RON, and of Hidroelectrica - 1.77 million RON.
The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, depreciated by 1.28%, to the value of 17,520.32 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the most liquid 43 shares from the Stock Exchange, closed down by 1.23%.
The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks declined 1.13%, while the SIF index BET-FI declined 0.35%.
The BET-BK index, the yield benchmark of investment funds, fell by 0.68%, and the BET-NG, which measures the performance of the ten energy and utility companies, closed down by 0.70%.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, fell by 0.04%.
The best developments were recorded by the shares of the companies Artego (+7.59%), Turism Felix (+6.38%) and Transelectrica (+3.69%).
On the other hand, the most important decreases were recorded by the shares Promateris (-6.34%), BRD (-4.65%) and Electromagnetica (-4.61%).
