The Government will be considering today a draft decision to establish the guaranteed minimum gross wage.

According to a press statement released by the Government, among the pieces of legislation that could be included on the agenda of today's Government meeting there is a bill supplementing the Annex to Law 339/2005 on the legal status of plants, narcotic and psychotropic substances and preparations thereof and a bill on the statutes of labour inspectors.

The Executive could also discuss three bills on dismantling of the University of Finance and Banking of Bucharest, the Mihai Eminescu University of Timisoara and the George Baritiu University of Brasov.

At the same time, a draft decision amending and supplementing an emergency ordinance awarding the Romanian citizen to athlete Filip Despotovski could also feature on the agenda.

The executive's agenda also includes a memorandum amending the de minimis aid scheme for participation in domestic and international film festivals and trade fairs as well as the de minimis aid scheme for the distribution and running of Romanian films of all kinds in application of the provisions of Ordinance 39/2005 regarding filmmaking.

Another memorandum to be discussed by the Government concerns the approval of the initiation and negotiation of a cooperation protocol in the area of tourism between the Ministry of Tourism of Romania and Ukraine's Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
