Ministry of Defence: Pieces of what seems to be a drone found in Tulcea country; discovery made by helicopter
The crew of a IAR 330 Puma helicopter belonging to the Romanian Air Force, coming from the Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, on Wednesday identified, around 11.30 am, in the area of Nufarul and Victoria localities, in the Tulcea County, pieces of what seems to be a drone, spread on an area of tens of metres, informs the Ministry of National Defence.
According to the procedures, one helicopter belonging to the Romanian Air Force, coming from the 90th Air Transport Base in Otopeni, was sent to the area with a specialist crew on board to conduct preliminary field searches and collect samples for further investigations.
