On Friday, President Klaus Iohannis signed the decree by which the Minister of Energy, Virgil Popescu, is appointed interim Minister of Research, Innovation and Digitalisation, the Presidential Administration informed.
Also, the head of state signed the decree acknowledging the resignation of Florin Roman as Minister of Research, Innovation and Digitisation and the termination of his position as a member of the Government.
