The High Court of Cassation and Justice (ICCJ) established that the former Minister Rovana Plumb will be investigated by the General Prosecutor's Office for committing abuse of office, as the judges admitted a complaint filed by the former manager of Romsilva, Ion Dumitru.

The prosecutors classified the file, but Ion Dumitru asked the High Court of Cassation and Justice to force the prosecutors to reopen the investigation.
Moreover, Ion Dumitru asked to have his salary paid for the past four years and be re-employed at Romsilva.
In June 2013, Ion Dumitru, former deputy representing the Social Democratic Party and former manager-general manager of RNP-Romsilva was convicted to three years suspended imprisonment, for committing abuse of office in the Romsilva II case file.
