Coronavirus/GCS: Infection rate increases in Ilfov County to 7.32

The infection rate with the novel coronavirus continued to increase in Ilfov County, reaching 7.32 per thousand inhabitants on Monday, according to AGERPRES.

According to the latest report submitted by the Strategic Communication Group (GCS), Ilfov County still remains on top among the counties with an infection rate of 7.32, up from the previous day when there was an incidence of 7.26 cases.

Constanta County sees an increase from 7.17, as it was on Sunday, to 7.21 per thousand inhabitants.

Bucharest also records an increase from 5.8 on Sunday to 6.34.

Also, an incidence of over 5 per thousand inhabitants is still seen in the counties of Cluj - 5.55 and Brasov - 5.08.

The counties with a low incidence of infection cases per thousand inhabitants in the last two weeks are Harghita - 1.07; Gorj - 1.23 and Olt - 1.29.
