Social Democratic Party (PSD) Chairman Marcel Ciolacu congratulated on Monday the two presidential contenders who made it to the second round of the election for the state's top position and announced that the Social Democrats will not challenge the result in any way, informs Agerpres.
Ciolacu also said that on Sunday evening he handed the PSD Secretary General his resignation as head of the party.
