Prince Ludwig Heinrich of Bavaria arrived on Monday at the Siret Border Crossing Point with a shipment of aid for the people affected by the war in Ukraine, according to Chair of the Suceava County Council Gheorghe Flutur.
Prince Ludwig Heinrich is going to also bring a shipment of heating equipment for tents firing methane gas, generators, telephones with communication facilities, clothes and food.
Siret Mayor Adrian Popoiu also attended the meeting of the chair of the Suceava County Council with the prince of Bavaria. Flutur added that he talked again with the government in Chernivtsi for an update on their needs.
Prince Ludwig Heinrich of Bavaria is a 39-year-old IT entrepreneur, the great-great-grandson of the last king of Bavaria, Ludwig III.
