Romania's Constitutional Court (CCR) decided on Thursday, that the law enabling the Government to issue ordinances is constitutional, after rejecting the constitutionality challenge raised by 88 deputies of the National Liberal Party (PNL), Save Romania Union (USR) and the People's Movement Party (PMP).
