Director General of Hexi Pharma Flori Dinu arrived on Monday at the General Prosecutor's Office, where she was heard by prosecutors in the case of diluted disinfectants used in hospitals, in which she is charged with 128 offenses of fraud.
Flori Dinu refused to give details to journalists regarding the reason for which she was called in to the Prosecutor's Office, pointing out only that the investigation in this case is not completed.
In this case, Flori Dinu is charged with 99 counts of continued fraud and 29 counts of simple fraud, as well as improper participation in hindering disease treatment.
The Prosecutor's Office claims that Flori Dinu, as managing director general of Hexi Pharma, being in charge especially with the sales, instigated by Dan Condrea and knowing that the sold products weren't meeting the specifications on the labels, coordinated the entire personnel who promoted and intermediated the negotiation activity, as well as the conclusion of supply contracts, misleading the representatives of medical units.
